1. Recommend daily requirement from store room to DCDP . To assist DCDP and above in implementing and follow organizational standard on food quality, preparation & presentation.
2. Control food wastage without compromising on food quality. prepare all mis-en -place in production section for smooth kitchen operation, as directed.
3. To prepare food & provide prompt, courteous & accurate service to all the customers as per organizational standard quality.
4. Responsible for maintaining all kitchen equipment in his area in good working condition. Ensure timely cleaning & sanitization of all the equipment and tools in appropriate hygienic manner.
Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 1,75,000 P.A
