Responsible for proper key control and other security measures
Answers telephone in absence of telephone operator
Attends meetings and training and ensure team attends the same
Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services,registration of guests,dining,entertainment and travel directions
Keep records of room availability and guests accounts. Operates the front office computer system
Computes bill, collects payment and make change for guests
Makes and confirms reservations
Post charges such as room,food,liquor, or telephone to guest folio
Checks out guests and inquires about their stay
Actively builds awareness of the Hotel to guests
Provides and ensures high quality guest relations. Receives and resolves guest complaints in a manner consistent with company policy
Confers and cooperates with other departments as needed to ensure coordination of activities.
Address Guest complaints by procedure called ILEAD(Identify,Listen,Empathize and deliver the solution) and Service recovery to be given if required.
Reviews guest RLIKE feedbacks and other feedbacks and identify the areas of improvement ,reviews finding with staff and discuss in daily briefings.
Establish and continously utilizes the guest information tracking system to ensure that repeated guest with earlier complaint will not face the same.
Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel
Respond to guest needs and resolves related problems
